Serhiy focusses on investments structuring and protection, and heads the firm’s M&A and arbitration practices.

He boasts high-end expertise in pre-M&A and post-M&A international disputes and has enjoyed his niche positioning in the market due to his on-ground experience in M&A transactions.

He enjoys successful experience of structuring cross-border ventures in the e-commerce and e-gaming, as well as raising financing for the Ukrainian and overseas start-ups. He counselled creditors and borrowers.

For many years, Serhiy has been engaged in complex arbitral proceedings and cross-border disputes. Previously serving as a member of numerous counsel teams, he assisted in representations of clients in arbitrations, among others, under LCIA, ICC, SCC, VIAC, ICAC rules, as well as in cross-border litigations before overseas courts. He has also been involved in investigations and asset recoveries.

Serhiy has been a fellow of the Ukrainian Arbitration Association since 2016.
